The team have 70 years of collective experience, comprising of engineering, construction and disaster recovery and restoration. Together with firsthand experience conducting resilience rating inspections for the NQ Strata Title Inspection Program. Furthermore, strong business governance and commercialisation expertise.

Rob Cowle
Risk Consultant
Extensive professional experience as a director and risk consultant around resilient engineering strategies and climate change adoption in the construction sector. Experienced in client led design and project management with a structural engineering background, with a keen focus on resilience of the built environment. Providing key professional services to JCU Cyclone Testing Station, Government, Insurers and Corporate entities. Partnering successfully with a broad range of corporate stakeholders, and maintaining relationships across technical, operational and managerial teams.

Peter Bullard
Operations Manager
As an inspector for Strata Title Inspection programme for JCU, Peter brings 40 years’ experience in the construction sector as a director, inspector and consultant in both NSW and Qld. Conducting over 5000 assessments across 5 disaster events comprising of cyclones and floods. Delivering assessment and panel building capabilities for major insurers for 25+ years, including Suncorp, CGU, Lend Lease, JLG and state government. Significant expertise and knowledge in building resilience and construction factors impacting the insurance sector spanning 30 years.

Managing Director
Experienced management consultant and director, having experience across insurance, government, engineering, NGO and building sectors. A diverse industry background drawing on 30 years combined construction and business advisory experience, having assisted over 230 businesses, with commercial growth, improvement and innovation. Facilitation experience delivering business education programs and delivering a flagship Australian Government business growth programme.
